The standard rate for a villa/apartment handover inspection is AED 1.5/sq. ft.but is only applicable up to 5,500 Sq. Ft.Beyond this size requires a site preview where possible.
Normally,for Handover & other inspection we require 50% deposit & 50% balance payment before sending the report. For Solution Investigation depending on the total amount, we require 100% payment upon confirmation. Payment can be done trough bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Yes, we can accept payment on site or upon inspection.
The Inspection will take approximately 1hr per 1000 Sq. Ft. depending on the condition.
The average turnaround for the report is 3-5 working days but with prior discussion there are ways that we can accommodate a rapid turnaround time.
Yes, we are both licensed and approved by RERA, InterNACHI and MEREIA inspection company.
Yes, we can accommodate scheduling the inspection on Saturdays or holidays with additional charge.

Yes we can carryout the Inspection without a DEWA connection but it is always better to have power and water connected.
For standard inspection- Exterior & interior of the property, grounds, roof, pool, MEP items, finishes, walls, over all condition, fixed furnishings, cabinet, floors, ceiling, AC & Lights, tiles, workmanship quality, appliances, etc. We can send you the sample report, so you will see the things we are going to inspect.
